NOx & Fuel Reductions for Aviation and Turbines
For the aviation sector, we are currently in the process of developing a specialized design for the noXBuster® and associated water treatment systems.
Through the implementation of dynamic flow systems, we aim to optimize the simultaneous injection of Hydrogen (enhancing combustion efficiency) and HX-Water® (specially formulated water with antioxidant properties) into turbine engines.
We anticipate achieving NOx reductions of up to 55%, which will significantly mitigate the environmental impact of emissions from aircraft engines and gas turbines.
This initiative involves close collaboration with Powerspex and specialized laboratories. Additionally, we are engaging actively with the Aviation Industry on impactful projects that contribute positively to the energy transition.
Stay tuned for the first test results, expected end of 2024.

Emission Reduction System
noXBuster® Series 100

The 100-series is applicable for engines or combustion chambers with capacities up to about 2.5 liters and powers up to about 180-200 kW.
noXBuster® Series 300

The 300-series for engines or combustion chambers with capacities up to about 12-13 liters and powers up to about 350-400kW.
noXBuster® Series 1800

The 1800-series is applicable for engines or combustion chambers with power outputs up to approx. 1750 kW.
noXMonitor - Realtime NOx
By controlling the mixture of the temperature increasing Hydrogen with the slightly cooling HX-Water® we are able to let the combustion temperatures remain approximately the same as factory default.
We control the injection of the mixture with a stand alone proprietary developed ECU and perform periodical (calibrated Testo 350 meters) and Live (NOx Monitoring system) emission measurements.
Optional System Integration
Next to stand alone use, the system can also be fully integrated into the engines/ship controls and can work with its output signals, e.g. RPM, turbo pressure, EGT, combustion chamber pressure, alarms, GPS, etc.
The noXBuster® & noXController incorporate built-in safety thresholds for injection volumes and other customizable settings on demand.
By switching off noXbuster®, the ICE returns to its default operation.
