AtomicOne offers innovative add-on retrofit Water-Hydrogen injection solutions for all Light to Heavy Duty Construction machinery.
Lowering NOx at the building site
NOx is a hot topic in the building industry and lowering NOX-emissions is not only the responsible green choice, but can also mean the difference in either getting the project awarded or disqualification.
We can adapt your (existing) construction machinery with our noXBuster® to lower your machinery’s NOx emission almost instantly with 40-55%.
We do this directly at the source, in the engine and at the building site.
Moreover, the technology is also very suitable for engines operating at low loads, which is a strong benefit in obligatory governmental NOx calculations such as the Dutch Aerius calculator.
We can help with these calculations and improve your project emissions!
The noXBuster® technology at a glance:
Depending on the engine type, the system produces a mixture of hydrogen and adapted water (HX-Water®) in a simultaneous molecular process, whereby the HX-Water® is structurally adapted and electrically charged water with strong antioxidant properties.
The direct injection combination of Hydrogen (improving combustion) and HX-Water® (antioxidant properties) creates improved combustion and at the same time reduction of oxidation processes (a.o. NOx – SOx) that occur during combustion, especially at high combustion temperatures.
As a result, among others, we can instantly reduce NOx emissions by up to -55% without having to lower the combustion temperature. -Lloyds Register tested & certified-
The underlying patented process technology involves innovative technologies for modifying the structure of water to produce hydrogen and to change the properties of water. With this process technology we are able to both modify the behavioral properties of a water molecule as well as the structure of the water molecules mutually.
The simultaneous combination of direct injection of Hydrogen and HX-water® into an internal combustion engine, where the mixture behaves as an additional fuel, provides efficiency improving effects, cleaner combustion, increase in octane number, improvement in knock resistance, reduction in soot emissions and reduction in NOx (and possible SOx) emissions.

noXBuster® Series 100

The 100-series is applicable for engines or combustion chambers with capacities up to about 2.5 liters and powers up to approx. 180-200 kW.
noXBuster® Series 300

The 300-series is applicable for engines or combustion chambers with capacities up to about 12-13 liters and powers up to approx. 350-400kW.
noXBuster® Series 1800

The 1800-series is applicable for engines (main/auxiliary) or combustion chambers with power outputs up to approx. 1750 kW.
noXMonitor - Realtime NOx
By controlling the mixture of the temperature increasing Hydrogen with the slightly cooling HX-Water® we are able to let the combustion temperatures remain approximately the same as factory default.
We control the injection of the mixture with a stand alone proprietary developed ECU and perform periodical (calibrated Testo 350 meters) and Live (NOx Monitoring system) emission measurements.
Optional System Integration
Next to stand alone use, the system can also be fully integrated into the engines/ship controls and can work with its output signals, e.g. RPM, turbo pressure, EGT, combustion chamber pressure, alarms, GPS, etc.
The noXBuster® & noXController incorporate built-in safety thresholds for injection volumes and other customizable settings on demand.
By switching off noXbuster®, the ICE returns to its default operation.
